Rental companies sell through more channels than ever: global OTAs, metasearch engines, regional brokers and travel marketplaces. Managing each one separately means re-entering vehicles, availability and rates over and over - and constantly risking out-of-sync data and overselling.
FleetUnito is a channel manager built to remove that busywork. Operators keep their fleet, rates and reservations in one place, and FleetUnito distributes that inventory across a large network of broker websites.
Our mission: give every car rental operator - from a single-location independent to a multi-branch group - the reach and efficiency that used to be available only to the largest players.
What FleetUnito does
- Central inventory: manage your locations, vehicle classes, availability and extras from a single company portal.
- Consistent pricing: configure base rates, seasonal pricing and options once, and keep them aligned across channels.
- Channel distribution: publish your fleet to a large network of broker websites.
- Reservation flow: keep bookings and availability in step so your team works from one source of truth.
- Direct payments: clients pay the car rental company directly into its own payment account - Stripe, PayPal or any other account. We can integrate any payment gateway, and we never collect client payments.
- Monthly billing: at the end of each month we send a report of all reservations made and invoice the car rental company for the applicable commission.
